Informations about the first ITACCS- European Trauma Course

The course will start at the 28th of September with the registration of all candidates between 8 and 9 am. The ending time is estimated for the 30th of September at 2 pm.
The Course fee is 950,- Euro. There is the possibility to book ETC course and traumacare congress together with a reduction of costs. Ask for it with the booking of the course.
Included in the course fee are coffee breaks, lunch and one course dinner on Monday night. Every candidate gets included the course manual. This CD- Rom will be send postal approximately 8-6 weeks before the course starts. Therefore every candidate is expected to have worked over the manual before participating in the course.
Course venue is in the German Military Armed Forces Hospital at “Oberer Eselsberg 40, 89081 Ulm, Germany”. Parking place is rare so using the public transport system of Ulm- City is suggested by the course coordinating team. The buses no. 3 and 5 go directly from the main station and the city centre to the bus stop “Kliniken Oberer Eselsberg” which is in a short walking distance to the course venue.

After application the participation will be confirmed via email or letter. Afterwards participation in the course will be granted after receipt of payment. Cancellation can be made up to the 31st of July without any fee. Until the 15th of August 20% of the course fee will be retained and until the 14th of September 50% of the course fee will be retained in case of cancellation when no substitute is on a waiting list. After the 14th of September a cancellation is only possible with a substitute.
We are glad that we can offer a contingent of hotel rooms with special conditions for course participants at the Intercityhotel Ulm (www.InterCityHotel.com/Ulm ). For participants a single room will be 67,50 €/ night, double will be 89,50 €/ night. For booking use the phrase “ETC 2009 – Ausbildergruppe“.  But every participant has to look for the accommodation self-dependent, the hotel is not included in the course fee.
