3. Payment    
     

The payment has to be made in advance.
Payments from foreign countries have to be made by PayPal.
     
4. General terms and conditions:    
     

Your booking is binding after the receipt of your payment. After payment receipt you get a binding confirmation of registration. All bookings are binding. Alterations and cancellation have to be done in written form. Verbal arrangements are non-binding unless they are confirmed in written form by KONGKRET. The arrangement fee for alterations after sending the confirmation of registration is 15 Euro. In case of cancellation of participation until 1st September 2009 a cancellation fee of 22 Euro is billed. In case of non-attendance without cancellation within the time limit there will be no refund. Bank charges for return debit notes have to be paid by the participant.
The framework programme can only be arranged if there is a minimum number of participants for each topic of event programme. If there are too less participants, the topic of event programme will be cancelled and the amount already paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation of a topic of event programme by the participant there will be no refund.
